Hello all, we hope you are safe and calm! You probably already got the news, our store stayed closed for visitors for some weeks to avoid the COVID-19 outbreak during April-March. Later on, during June-September we welcomed a very limited number of visitors indoors, wearing maks at all time. Our online store has been and will always be 24/7 open for your convenience.
What we do for your safety:
April-March 2020: While our store was closed to visitors, Filio, our Manager, was the only one to enter our sanitized premises during the COVID-19 ourbreak, wearing medical gloves and mask while preparing your orders.
June-September 2020: during summer season, we were open again for limited capacity shopping. The store was available on very limited hours per day, accepting visits for maximum 9 people per time, maintaining 2 meters distance and wearing masks at all times. All visitors were obliged to use our hand sanitizer and by preference single-use gloves before entering our premises. All jewelry pieces were sanitized after tried on. Cosmetics sampling was made via individual single-use spatulas.
October 2020- today: we are open for one-to-one sessions by appointment, with all our summer safety measures and precautions still on! Your orders are sill being handled with care, in a daily sanitized space.
The packages of your order are being delivered straight to the courier driver, with masks on, outside the store, in our garden, with a distance between them and no contact. We are actually gathering your orders and call the driver only twice a week to limit the times of dealing.
We are currently shipping all our orders with DHL courier (Read more about that here), which ships with high responsibility and safety during the COVID-19 outbreak. The company sanitizes the vans and staff takes all precautions for safety. The World Health Organization that dispelled myths about the new coronavirus, confirms that it is safe for you to continue receiving packages in the mail since the virus’ survivability is affected by the change of conditions during travel.
So, with that said there is nothing stopping you from ordering your favourite and now-more-than-ever-needed soaps, and skin creams (Did you also get chapped skin from all that alcohol-based hand rub?)
